MEET THE TEAM
Principal and Managing Director
Mr. Hollander is the founding principal of BluePoint Commercial Mortgage. Prior to BluePoint, he worked in various roles of loan production, underwriting, and asset acquisition at Redwood Trust, Pacific National Bank, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and a commercial mortgage brokerage. These companies operated as a mortgage REIT traded on the NYSE, one of the largest privately held construction and bridge lenders in the country, and a CMBS conduit lender, respectively. Through this diversified background, Matt has underwritten, originated, or acquired more than $1 Billion of commercial mortgages.
Matt graduated from Furman University with a BA in Accounting and earned an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
Investment Consultant - Broker Services and Financing for Specialty Properties
David offers a full suite of services designed to help investors and brokers purchase, sell and finance mobile home parks and RV parks nationwide. He also provides financing placement for other specialty properties including marinas, hotel and motel, self-storage facilities, and resorts.
David brings 15 years of experience to the task of assisting clients to achieve their investment goals with the best terms and pricing available in the market.
Sean is a Commercial Real Estate professional with over 10-years of experience in Bay Are real estate. Prior to joining BluePoint, Mr. Rose worked as a Vice President of loan originations for a national lender specializing in bridge and mini-perm loans and as Senior Associate, Underwriter, and Originator for private lender in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Rose has extensive commercial real estate experience in both private and institutional lending. Mr. Rose began his commercial real estate career with Wells Fargo Bank in 2010, where he was responsible for underwriting over $750 million in funded debt commitments. After Wells Fargo, Mr. Rose was a Senior Analyst in the HFF San Francisco Investment Sales Office. During his tenure with HFF, Mr. Rose was responsible for underwriting over $3 billion of real estate throughout the Bay Area and participated in the closing of various high profile Bay Area assets. Mr. Rose received a B.A. from The University of Kentucky and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
Reese Iyer joined BluePoint as an Associate in 2017. In addition to underwriting and processing multifamily debt transactions, he represents borrowers in the procurement of competitive debt products to fund their acquisitions or refinance transactions. Prior to joining BluePoint, he worked as a broker for Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield.
Reese graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
