Ian Cerruti

Ian Cerruti brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and acquisitions. Before joining BluePoint, he led the acquisitions team for a private equity firm specializing in self-storage and industrial properties. Mr. Cerruti also worked at the commercial real estate brokerage, Matthews Real Estate.
Ian earned his degree in Real Estate Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
