MEET THE TEAM
Principal and Managing Director
Mr. Hollander is the founding principal of BluePoint Commercial Mortgage. Prior to BluePoint, he worked in various roles of loan production, underwriting, and asset acquisition at Redwood Trust, Pacific National Bank, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and a commercial mortgage brokerage. These companies operated as a mortgage REIT traded on the NYSE, one of the largest privately held construction and bridge lenders in the country, and a CMBS conduit lender, respectively. Through this diversified background, Matt has underwritten, originated, or acquired more than $1 Billion of commercial mortgages.
Matt graduated from Furman University with a BA in Accounting and earned an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University.
David is actively engaged in providing quality financing consultancy and loan placement services for commercial real estate investors, specializing in mobile home and RV park communities and multifamily as well as other commercial property types.
He brings a high degree of skills and diligence in helping both borrowers and the lending community achieve many successful financings. He has established a strong network of national, regional and community lenders and maintains ongoing relationships with old and new clients that can benefit from his quality representation and market expertise. David welcomes the challenge and rewards of working with investors to help them achieve the best solutions to their financing needs.
Loan Production Analyst
James Myers joined BluePoint as an analyst in 2015. He is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence for client’s commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining BluePoint James worked in mergers & acquisitions and institutional investment management.
James received his BS in Economics and Finance at Bentley University.
While we arrange financing on all types of commercial properties nationwide, our focus is on financing commercial real estate in the Western United States and financing single-tenant NNN properties nationwide.
